No outfit post today. Sorry! I had a lesson in the forest so I didn't wear anything worth showing, hehe.
I thought it was time for a new post from my trip to Japan. I still have lots of days to post from it!
The 18th of July was the day we were going to Osaka in the evening by buss, so we decided to hang out in Shinjuku as it's were the buss leaves. We had to take our big luggages with us so the day started off with us searching for lockers. It's NOT easy to find those big lockers in Tokyo that aren't occupied. But finally we did!
We decided then to go to a manga café to rest as it was early in the morning and it was going to be a long day.

At a Manga café you can not only ready manga but use the computers, sometimes watch the TV or read magazines, as I was doing in the picture. Well, I'm not really reading, as I'm not that good at Japanese, but I was looking at the pictures in Ageha for inspiration. That manga café we went to had small "rooms" where you had space to take a nap. It's very cheap, so I recommend this if you're in Japan and you can't get home for a while and need to rest.
Later on we went to eat some sushi. Because I think that you can't go to Japan and not eat sushi, haha, so we went to a cheap sushi place.
It's a place were the sushi comes on plates moving on a rolling hoop like this:
It's called kaiten sushi in Japanese. It works like this, you take what ever you'd like to eat and eat how much you want to eat and then pay for the plates. The plates are usually in different colors which means different price.
I'm not sure if this photo is from that day. But here's one of the purikura machines. It's a new one and it displays one of my favorite gyaru models Maya Mori.
Here's another quite new one with Kumicky, a gyaru model of Popteen magazine.
I think this machine is specialized in eye lashes. It edits your eye lashes making them longer and fuller. Quite cool!^___^
As the guys (my brother and Hyo) went to the arcade halls me and Agnes went for some shopping.
I wanted to go to a shopping mall called Maruione because I've heard that La Parfait had open a store there.
In Maruione in Shinjuku you'll also find lots of lolita stores and punk/gothic stores.
The only thing I bought that time was make-up from Canmake.
They are actually 3 of my favorite make-up items by the way. I use them everyday!
Later on we went to eat some food.
It's one of my favorite dishes to eat in Japan. It's sooo delicious!
As we were going on the bus trip soon and didn't have much time, we decided to go to search for the LOVE statue as it's quite near the bus station.
Finally we found it! I was so happy because I've always wanted to see it since I saw it in the tv show Densha Otoko.
Later on we went by the bus during the whole night and ended up in Osaka the next day.
Next time I post from my trip to Japan it'll be in Osaka, yay!

During Sundays in Shinjuku the traffic on the main streets is closed and people are able to walk freely in the streets. |
