Gyaru Eyebrow Tutorial

So I've been wanting to do this tutorial for a very long time. I did a Gyaru make-up tutorial  with an eyebrow tutorial included, but since it has passed a long time since I made it and I feel like my make-up and style has changed a lot, so now I want to do new tutorials. That's why I made a new tutorial on how I draw my eyebrows.

If you want to check how to pick/trim them go to my old tutorial because this time I'm only focusing on my daily routines on how I draw them.

In my opinion eyebrows are very important for your overall look. Weird looking brows will draw the attention away from even the best looking make-up.

Remember that even if I show you how I do my brows it doesn't mean that it'll suit your brows and face. Be inspired and find the brows that you like and suit the look you're going for.

Some examples~

So here's me with almost full make-up but I didn't do my eyebrows.

I usually try to cover my own eyebrows with liquid foundation as much as possible to achieve a lighter eyebrow color since I want them to match my dyed hair and I don't want them to steal the attention from my eyes. I actually got this trick from Sakurina when I watched a video clip on her a while ago.

As you can see my aren't full and well shaped now even if I trimed and picked them to the shape I want. Don't worry if your brows look something like this without the make-up! This is why I fill them in, to get the shape I want!

So here's what I use for this tutorial!

H&M Eyebrow Liner - Light Brown

                   Canmake Coloring Eyebrow - 03 Natural Brown

 Canmake Powder Eyebrow - 15 Soft

Sometimes I skip the Canmake Coloring Eyebrow since I've noticed that it's actually a little bit too dark, 

but I'll try to buy a lighter color.

1. I'm starting of with the H&M Eyebrow liner. I usually draw almost a straight line from where I want my eyebrows to start, like on the picture, and then arch them a little at the end. I try to make the arch very soft and not too obvious since I like almost completely straight eyebrow-style.

2. Then I mix color a. and b. from Canmake Powder Eyebrow to fill in the brows. This will also soften/blend out the straight lines of the eyebrow liner. Using color a. I shade my nose a little from my eyebrows to make my nose appear straighter and to make my eyebrows fade even more towards the nose.

3. Coat your brows with the Canmake Coloring Eyebrow (this is optional!) to achieve a different color on your brows.

The result!

To me the most important thing to think about when it comes to gyaru eyebrows is to have them well shaped and keep them light so that they don't steal the attention from your lovely gyaru eye make-up.
